Pasta and simple wedding cake fillings

Pasta and simple wedding cake fillings

The most traditional pastry for the making of wedding cakes is loaf of bread. The soft white mass combines very well with several types of fillings, from the simplest to the noblest. It is also possible to make chocolate loaf of bread, but this is not so traditional.

Another type of mass very common nowadays is the Red Velvet that gives a reddish color to the cake and presents a velvety texture. This type of dough looks very beautiful for naked cakes, or uncovered cakes, as they are also known.

Try to combine the dough with the filling and the coating. And speaking of stuffing, have you thought about this fundamental detail of the cake? Generally, wedding cakes are stuffed according to the preference of the bride and groom, but it is important to take into consideration that all the guests will eat a piece. Therefore, look for a filling that is both delicious, soft and well-liked by all.

In this line, it is possible to think of fillings based on fruits, especially strawberries, peaches or pineapple. Another very popular flavor is chocolate that can be milk or white, in which case it can also be mixed with fruits. Girl nanny, prestige and sweet milk are also delicious and simple options to make.

However, be careful with coconut or sour cream fillings, as these are ingredients that tend to spoil easily.

• 200 ml of coconut milk
• 3 egg yolks

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to low heat, stirring constantly until the bottom leaves. Remove from heat and let cool. Is ready.

American Pasta Ingredients

• 7 grams of unflavored gelatin
• 60 ml of cold water
• 125 ml glucose syrup
• 1 tablespoon of glycerin
• 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 kg of confectioners' sugar

Mix the gelatin with the cold water, letting it rest until thick. Afterwards, dissolve the mixture in a water bath.

Then add the glucose and glycerin, stirring well. Mix a little of the butter, but before it melts completely remove from the fluffy and add the vanilla. Let cool until lukewarm.

In a large bowl, put half the sugar. Open a hole with a spoon and add some of the preparation that was made previously. Go stirring and adding the rest gradually, so as not to stick.

Then add the remaining sugar kneading well until the paste is smooth, flexible and does not stick to your hands. If it gets too soft, add more sugar and if it gets too hard, just add one drop of warm water at a time.
