Phaedon is based in Greece and has been an active member since the first gathering in 1975 which preceded the Inaugural Conference in 1977. In past years he has also served as a Regional Secretary.

Mrs Valerie Price
Co-Moderator
Val is based in the UK and prevuiously seved as Communications Officer for ICF. She is a career journalist and is married to a Congregational Minister based near Cambridge, England. Val has been an enthusiastic member of ICF for many years and has the honour of being the first non-ordained Moderator in the history of ICF.
